The Challenge
An exploration into pushing the realism of 3D rendering, what better to improve our teams skills than with the Chanel Monsieur Watch.
The sculpture of David is regarded as one of art history’s major masterpieces. Artist, writer, and historian Giorgio Vasari noted that “no other artwork is equal to it in any respect, with such just proportion, beauty and excellence”. Much like the marble statue of David, Chanel’s first dedicated men’s watch is a beautiful work of art, and does not look out of place when worn on David’s wrist.
This project was solely created for the joy of creating the perfect balance between lighting, textures and highlighting the realistic rendering of the beautiful automotive.
